Who we are

PPCR is an established social housing consultancy and research business. We specialise in Public Participation Consultation and Research (that's PPCR for short!).

Celebrating our 21st birthday, founded in 1989, we have a highly successful track record of working with housing organisations, residents and other local stakeholders committed to changing things for the better.

Our team of skilled and experienced consultants, researchers and support staff, work from our head office near London Bridge. We are committed, energetic and passionate about meaningful community involvement as a means of improving services and building sustainable communities.

Our client list includes most of the London boroughs, large metropolitan authorities, small district councils, general and special needs housing associations, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and The Housing Corporation.

PPCR is an 'Approved Person' with the Department for Local Government and Communities, to conduct 'Section 16' work under the 1994 Right to Manage Regulations.

We are registered with the Social Research Association (SRA) and conduct all our research assignments in line with the SRA’s Code of Ethics.

We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, governing our use of electronic and manual records under the Data Protection Act 1998.
