Ron co-founded PPCR in 1989 to establish a real voice for the users of public services. Ron has 35 years’ experience of supporting strategic housing and community change. Change built on good research and meaningful empowerment. His approach is defined by respect, fairness and diversity.

Mo Ali
Associate Director
BSc (Hons) Social Administration
With PPCR since 2020, Mo is a values-driven housing professional with over 30 years’ experience in housing, regeneration, governance, and resident involvement. He has extensive experience as an Independent Tenant and Leaseholder Advisor, specialising in meaningful resident engagement in complex estate regeneration programmes, and was appointed Associate Director in 2026.

Janet Edwards
Senior Consultant
Cert Management Studies
An energetic professional with 35 years’ experience in the housing and charity sectors. Joined PPCR in 2015 and is a former head of community investment at a large housing provider. Her specialisms are community consultation, engagement and capacity building in a critical friend approach.

Andrea Simpson
Consultant
Andrea is a solution-focused housing professional with over 30 years’ experience supporting vulnerable residents across social housing, housing management, tenancy support, and housing advice services. As an Independent Advisor, she works closely with residents, landlords, and stakeholders, providing impartial guidance, promoting engagement, and supporting informed decision-making.

Catherine Michelet
Principal Research Consultant
BSc Applied Social Research
Catherine has fulfilled this role at PPCR for more than ten years co-ordinating and managing both qualitative and quantitative research assignments. She is particularly experienced in the co-ordination and management of major consultation exercises as well as data analysis. . She also manages the PPCR research fieldwork team.

Pamela Kovachich

Qualified architect with over 30 years’ experience, her aim has always been to maximise participation and trust in the consultation process. This lies at the heart of her approach to effective community engagement in any regeneration or housing renewal project. She is a qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 practitioner).

Nevin Vessey
Consultant

Experienced and effective housing and community development professional, committed to empowering people through capacity building and mentoring. Frontline experience with Turkish communities in many London boroughs, Nevin has been a bilingual community development specialist since 2003. This includes advocacy and negotiating for residents in housing regeneration projects.

Experienced resident engagement professional with over 10 years of expertise in stakeholder management, community consultation and customer relations. Skilled in delivering impartial advice, managing complex enquiries and building strong partnerships. Proven track record of increasing engagement, improving customer satisfaction and achieving targets through effective communication, organisation and problem solving.

Danielle Day
Trainee Consultant
NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
An efficient organiser and business administrator, Danielle supports and analyses our project engagement as well as organising and coordinating community events. She specialises in managing our social media accounts and digital engagement with residents in housing renewal and regeneration projects.
